DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Responsible for maintaining the Corporation’s fixed asset schedules covering costs, accumulated depreciation, and depreciation expense by cost centers. Assists in the review of discrepancies between budget and actual activities as assigned. Maintains activity reports for water rights, Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN) buyouts, water and wastewater customer billing, and cash receipts by source. Assists the Controller with the preparation of the annual budget by preparing detailed projections of assigned revenue, expenses, and capital spending. Responsible for the monthly preparation of assigned general ledger account reconciliations to include various balance sheet
