About the Role: DKG is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead and manage the financial operations of our international organization, educational foundation, and headquarters building. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and wants to make a meaningful impact by supporting women educators around the world. The director will oversee budgeting, compliance, reporting, payroll, benefits administration, investment oversight, and financial systems—all while working closely with the Executive Director and supporting our global membership. The Finance Director also supervises the accounting team and serves as a key resource for our state and chapter leaders.  Ke
