In addition, this role entails managing bookkeeping responsibilities primarily using QuickBooks and QBO software. The ideal candidate must hold a CPA certification, possess exceptional attention to detail, excel in client communication, and have the ability to work autonomously. As the Tax Preparer/Manager, you will be responsible for preparing, overseeing tax engagements, managing bookkeeping functions, and leading, mentoring, and evaluating a team of tax preparers.
