The Church Administrator serves as the administrative and financial leader of the Church, responsible for managing the administrative, operational, ministry support, and financial affairs of the Church. The Church Administrator reports to, and serves in close cooperation with, the Senior Pastor. The Church Administrator promotes the mission, vision and values of the Church through planning, program and staff coordination, operational effectiveness, staff development, and assumes roles and responsibilities that enable the Senior Pastor to focus on preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and spiritual leadership of the Church.
