Job TitleFinancial Advisor (CPA preferred) Job Description SummaryCandidate to join a USA based Financial Advisory and Consulting team that specializes in corporate real estate transaction analysis. The position requires the preparation and presentation of complex and sophisticated discounted cash flow financial models for a broad range of commercial real estate projects. Knowledge and experience with Finance Theory and a familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and standards as they relate to lease reporting is required (in particular ASC 842).
