Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Supervise and mentor a team of tax preparation professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment while providing guidance on best practices and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client tax positions while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Review and approve tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to filing deadlines.
